Each envelope contains 100g of Iberian Bait Ham 50% Iberian breed.We select the raw material of the Iberian Cebo Ham 50% Iberian breed, from selected Iberian animals, raised and fed in a traditional way.We have dryers in Salamanca and Extremadura where hams are cured following the traditional system, allowing them to go through the salting and drying phases in optimal conditions.
