Madame Clicquot created the first blended rosé champagne, by adding red wine to white champagne, in 1818; in the centuries since, it has become the naturally bold rosé it is today

Mixing the maison’s original Yellow Label Brut (44-48 Percent pinot noir, 13-18 Percent meunier and 25-29 Percent chardonnay) with red wine from specially selected black grapes (12 Percent) creates a blush-pink and well-balanced rosé; the blend includes 25-45 Percent reserve wines that are as old as 20 years

A deliciously fruity wine in early bloom – initial aromas of fresh red fruit leading to biscuity notes of dried fruits and Viennese pastries (almonds, apricots and brioche)

Ideal for tuna sashimi, cured meats, red fruits salad, pata negra, shrimp, smoked salmon, duck
